Challenges in finding tenders
Organic requirements are framed in different ways in tenders: as an eligibility criterion (organic certification of the supplier), as an award criterion (scoring the organic share), or as a minimum requirement (e.g. "at least 30 % organic"). This differentiation is not always apparent in the contract notice and requires analysis of the tender documents.
